Terms of Service

The rules for accessing Geoneo, running scans, managing subscriptions, using reports and working with our AI visibility platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and New Digital Noise Limited ("Geoneo", "NDN Group", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in Hong Kong, governing your access to and use of the Geoneo platform at geoneo.ai and all related services.

By accessing or using Geoneo — including running a free scan, creating an account, or making a payment — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you are using Geoneo on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. The Geoneo Service

Geoneo is an AI visibility intelligence platform that measures and tracks how brands are represented across major AI engines including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Grok, DeepSeek, Kimi, Qwen, Hunyuan, and others. Our services include:

  • Free GEO Scan — a limited visibility scan available without registration
  • GEO Full Scan Report — detailed 8-dimension analysis unlocked after email verification
  • SaaS Subscription — recurring access to scans, reports, and platform features
  • Geoneo Managed — done-for-you AI visibility improvement service delivered by our team
  • GEO Leaderboard — competitor benchmarking and industry rankings

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts & Registration

Certain features require you to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account at info@geoneo.ai
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation

4.1 Subscription Plans

Geoneo offers monthly and annual subscription plans as described on our Pricing page. Plan features, scan limits, and pricing are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

4.2 Billing

  • All fees are charged in the currency displayed at checkout (USD or HKD)
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle
  • Payment is processed securely via Stripe
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes; you are responsible for any taxes in your jurisdiction

4.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You authorise us to charge your payment method on file for the renewal amount.

4.4 Cancellation & Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing info@geoneo.ai
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then
  • We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods or unused scans, except where required by applicable law
  • Annual plans cancelled within 7 days of first purchase may be eligible for a pro-rata refund at our discretion

4.5 Geoneo Managed Service

Managed service engagements require a minimum 6-month commitment. Early termination fees may apply as specified in your service agreement. Managed service terms are governed by a separate Statement of Work.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Geoneo only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract Geoneo's scoring methodology, algorithms, or data
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the platform beyond normal usage
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Geoneo scan results or reports without our written consent
  • Use the platform to scan competitors on behalf of multiple clients without an appropriate agency plan
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information to inflate or manipulate scan results
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits, access controls, or payment requirements
  • Use the service in any way that damages, disables, or impairs our infrastructure
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Geoneo IP

Geoneo, the GEO Score methodology, platform design, software, content, trademarks, and all related intellectual property are owned by New Digital Noise Limited. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our IP beyond the limited licence to use the service as described herein.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of your brand data, company information, and any content you submit. By using Geoneo, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your data solely to provide the service.

6.3 Scan Reports

Reports generated by Geoneo are licensed to you for your internal business use. You may share reports with your clients or team. You may not publish, sell, or distribute reports as standalone products.

7. Data & Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Geoneo, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Scan Results & Accuracy

Important: GEO scores and reports reflect AI engine outputs at the time of scanning. AI engine responses change frequently and results may vary between scans.

Geoneo provides AI visibility intelligence based on real-time queries to AI engines. You acknowledge that:

  • Scan results are informational and represent a snapshot in time
  • AI engine responses are dynamic and outside our control
  • GEO scores are not guarantees of business performance or search rankings
  • We do not guarantee any specific improvement in AI visibility as a result of using our service
  • Results for the Managed Service are subject to the timelines and terms in your Statement of Work

9. Third-Party Services

Geoneo integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), Google Analytics, and AI engine APIs. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices, availability, or content of third-party services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Geoneo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any scan results or reports.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, New Digital Noise Limited and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of Geoneo.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees you paid to Geoneo in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless New Digital Noise Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of Geoneo in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law; or (c) your infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to our platform or other users.

Upon termination: (a) your licence to use Geoneo ends immediately; (b) we may delete your account data after 90 days unless you request earlier deletion; (c) provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 10, 11, 12, and 14) shall survive.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

For users in Singapore, disputes may alternatively be referred to the Singapore Mediation Centre before court proceedings.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email (if you have an account) or by posting a notice on geoneo.ai at least 14 days before changes take effect. Your continued use of Geoneo after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
