By accessing or using GEOmeter (the "Service"), operated by New Digital Noise Limited ("NDN Group", "we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated in Hong Kong, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you are accessing the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

GEOmeter is an AI visibility intelligence platform that measures and tracks how brands appear across multiple AI language model engines (including but not limited to ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Grok, Claude, Perplexity, Qwen, Kimi, and others). The Service provides:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
GEOmeter offers tiered subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Team, and Managed GEO). Current pricing is displayed at nano.ndn.hk/geometer/pricing.html. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice to existing subscribers.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). Payment is processed via Stripe. By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
GEOmeter offers a free scan feature with limited engine access. Free tier usage is subject to rate limits and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@geoneo.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
You agree not to use the Service to:
The GEOmeter platform, including all software, algorithms, scoring methodologies, designs, trademarks, and content created by NDN Group, is and remains the exclusive property of New Digital Noise Limited. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property except as expressly stated.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own internal business purposes.
If you provide us with feedback or suggestions about the Service, you grant us an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.
You retain ownership of any data, brand information, or queries you submit to the Service ("User Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a licence to process your User Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
We may use aggregated, anonymised data derived from usage patterns to improve the Service. We will not identify you or your brand in any such aggregated data.

GEOmeter queries multiple third-party AI engines and services to generate scores and analyses. These include but are not limited to OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, xAI, Brave Search, and various other AI providers.
We do not control and are not responsible for the responses, accuracy, availability, or policies of third-party AI services. GEO scores are dependent on the responses of these third-party systems and may vary over time.
We make no warranty that any third-party AI engine will continue to be available or that scores will remain consistent over time.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NDN GROUP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 8, 9, and 11) shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong for any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify existing subscribers of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
